POSITION TITLE:
Recruitment Marketing Advisor - Technology & Innovation (Remote)

Why is this position open?
With significant growth projected over the next few years, we’re seeking a recruiting technology expert to design and execute advanced recruitment marketing strategies focused on the improvement of talent engagement and conversion rates across CRM, SMS, email & other communication vehicles.

Over the next few months, we will roll out a new ATS, CRM, digital assistant & a video production tool. This role will be tasked with being the subject matter expert on these tools using them to optimize processes, programs, related technology, conversion rates and cost to drive efficiencies. We will also be building new sourcing capabilities across the team to augment a high-performing recruitment marketing function with the ability to go out and hand-pick talent from Linkedin, HireEz and other sourcing tools.

Our current tech stack includes heavy use of SmartSheet, Calendly, TypeForm, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, Trello, Mural, iCIMS Text Recruit, Linkedin, HireEZ, job boards, programmatic ad engines and more.
